A valid category B learner’s permit, which you’ll need to bring to every lesson. Not sure about the paperwork? Message me and we’ll work out your next step.
What happens during my first lesson?
We’ll get to know each other and talk about your experience, your goals and anything you’re nervous about. I’ll explain the controls, help you adjust your driving position and start with exercises that suit your level.
How many lessons will I need?
That depends on your starting point, how regularly you practise and how you progress. We’ll assess where you are, then I’ll explain what you’ve mastered and what still needs work. The goal is for you to feel confident and drive independently.
Will I be allowed to drive a manual car too?
Yes. In Switzerland, passing your category B test in an automatic also allows you to drive a manual car, unless your licence carries a specific restriction, for example on medical grounds.
Before making the switch, take the time to learn how to use the clutch and change gears confidently.
